The Reaction Speed System trains football players to:

The Reaction Speed System
- ✅ The Reaction Speed Boards can be set up in any layout to suit the passing drill you want the athlete to execute. The Reaction Lights can also be used on their own without the boards to perform speed and agility drills. The lights have a built in vibration technology so when the board is hit with the ball the light goes out and a light in another board lights up.
- ✅ The athlete must continually scan around to see the next board to light up which will improve their vision to see a pass. The football player will get 100’s of touches of the ball in a very short period of time resulting in their passing ability, ball control, reaction time, balance and vision all being improved.
- ✅ SEE-PROCESS-REACT: The Reaction Speed System is excellent for Neurocognitive (brain) training for reaction speed. When the eyes see a light, it instantly sends a message to the brain. The brain sends the message to the body via neural pathways on how to correctly execute the movement. By performing these cognitive drills you will improve reaction time and mental focus.

- ✅ AGILITY SPEED TRAINING: The Reaction Speed System trains agility speed. Agility speed is defined as “a fast whole body movement with change of speed or direction in response to a stimulus”. In all the drills outlined in the Member’s Area the lights are the stimulus that the athlete must react to. These drills will benefit your athletes on the field as during games you must react to what you see happening during a match.

- ✅ INCREASE BRAIN SPEED: The Reaction Speed System conditions the brain to react faster. The athlete sees the light in the board and must react by hitting the ball off that board. Each light has a built in sensor so you can record the number of times each one is put out in a given time-frame.
- ✅ Long Lasting Reaction Light Batteries: The High-Performance Lithium Battery is rechargeable and the lights last for 12 hours of use on a single charge. These lights do not have to be charged before every time you use them. You could get up to 10 sessions in before you need to charge the batteries again.
